The Moon Lamp

Will I need to buy batteries?
No. This wireless moon lamp does not require any extra batteries. It comes with a long-lasting and rechargeable battery built-in and with a USB cable to recharge it.

 

What do I get when ordering?
Every Moon Lamp order comes with the lamp, a special wooden stand, remote control, and a USB type A charging cable. 

 

How do I change the color of the glow?
Change the color of the glow by pressing any of the colored buttons on the remote or by using the touch control on the bottom of the moon.

How do I charge the lamp?

 

Insert the small end of the cable in the moon’s charge port, and the bigger USB end to a computer or compatible power plug.

How do I know when my moon lamp is done charging?
When you begin charging your moon lamp, the lamp itself will show a light red (or blue) glow to indicate that it is charging. The battery is full when there is no glow while the moon is still plugged in.

 

Does it come with a stand?
Yes! A wooden stand comes with every moon. 

 

Is it safe for children?
Yes absolutely. Kids love our moon! The lamp is made of FDA approved PLA.

 

Is this lamp safe?
Yes! This moon lamp is 100% safe and has been RoHS and CE certified to prove it. You can go ahead and read our reviews from previous customers to confirm that it is entirely safe.

 

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, by default, we offer a 30-day warranty on our moon lamp. If for any reason, your moon lamp stops functioning due to everyday use, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping as well as U.S shipping with USPS.

 

How long is the shipping time?
Between 4-14 business days once an ordered is confirmed for U.S and 5-20 business days for international shipping.

 

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available, usually 2-5 days. Shipping details might take another day or two.

 

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible at info@myspacelamps.com, and we sort it out. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed directly after your order has been placed and ship out the same day. We can't change your address if your order has already entered the shipping process.

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to send to the correct address.

 

What to do if I still have not received my order?
Once we send out the order, you will receive a confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@myspacelamps.com.

 

Import taxes 

For international orders there might be added additional taxes by your customs office. Unfortunately, this is nothing that we can impact. We advise you to check this with your country's customs office.
